AGARD Advisory Report. Aerodynamics of aircraft afterbody / AGARD Advisory Group (1986)
Titre de série : AGARD Advisory Report Titre : Aerodynamics of aircraft afterbody Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : AGARD Advisory Group, Auteur Editeur : NATO - OTAN Année de publication : 1986 Collection : AGARD - Advisory Group for Aerospace Research and Development num. AGARD-AR-226 Importance : 348 p. Format : 21 x 30 cm. Langues : Anglais (eng) Catégories : Archives
8 AR-P.MARETags : Aerodynamic configurations Aerodynamic characteristics, Afterbodies Drag Fighter aircraft Index. décimale : 363.124 Risques dans les transports : Transports aérien et spatial Résumé : Aircraft afterbody design is still one of the most critical problems for industry, especially in fighter aircraft development. The flow around the rear part of the fuselage is characterized by the simultaneous occurence of interfering physical phenomena such as thick turbulent boundary layers, viscious flow separation, hot jet interference at the base and the boat tail, and jet plume expansion in three_dimensional transonic and supersonic flow. Even experimental techniques hardly fulfill requirements for correct wind tunnel simulation of all effects. Note de contenu : appendix : experimentation data base AGARD Advisory Report. 8 AR-P.MARETags : Aerodynamic stability Flight control Flight characteristics Flight maneuvers Flight test Data processing Index. décimale : 363.124 Risques dans les transports : Transports aérien et spatial Résumé : This document examines the practical application of parameter estimation methodology to the problem of estimating aircraft stability and control derivatives from flight test data. The primary purpose of the document is to present a comprehensive and unified picture of the entire parameter estimation process and its integration into a flight test program. The document concentrates on the output-error method to provide a focus for detailed examination and to allow us to give specific examples of situations that have arisen in our experience.
