Droit aérien et spatial (Ouvrages Généraux)Tags : Aeronautical communication Navigation Surveillance Satellite Law Index. décimale : 621.382 5 Communication par relais (satellites d'observation, télécommunication par satellite) Résumé : The possibility of providing aeronautical communication, navigation and surveillance (CNS) systems by satellite in the future, is one of the most interesting aspects of civil aviation today. It is one of the few topics that combines problems of airspace with those of outer space and thus requires consideration of these two very interesting fields of Law.
The possibilities for the aviation community as a whole would increase tremendously if a number of legal problems related to aeronautical CNS by satellite could be solved. In this essay an attempt will be made to find a legal basis for aeronautical CNS by satellite as the laking of an institutional framework is the biggest problem these future systems have to face. On the way, various other legal problems will be met. They will be dealt with subsequently.Aeronautical communication, navigation and surveillance (CNS) by satellite : Final doctoral essay [texte imprimé] / Athar HUSAIN KHAN, Auteur . - 1991 . - 53p. : Couv.ill.en coul.
