Following the findings of AGARD, further collaboration was considered beneficial to address the following objectives:
(i) to proceed with the recommandations of the original group (WG09) on rotorcraft icing
(ii) to examine rotorcraft icing analysis and modelling
(iii) to consider new methods of ice protection
(iv) to compare operational experience with ice protect rotorcraft with the design and qualification criteria presently establishedAGARD Advisory Report.
