The flow around the rear part of the fuselage is characterized by the simultaneous occurence of interfering physical phenomena such as thick turbulent boundary layers, viscious flow separation, hot jet interference at the base and the boat tail, and jet plume expansion in three_dimensional transonic and supersonic flow. Even experimental techniques hardly fulfill requirements for correct wind tunnel simulation of all effects. Note de contenu : appendix : experimentation data base AGARD Advisory Report. There remain unanswered questions about the possible longterm medical complications of repetitive exposure to G forces. The concept underlying the whom medical concerns about G exposure might be addressed by pooling data. Workshop participants from Canada, France, Germany, Japan, The Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, the UK, and the US navy and USAF, presented the current procedures in place for the medical screening of acceleration subjects. The outcomes of the Workshop included a consensus protocol for medical screening of subjects for acceleration research, and a protocol for a database to track medical occurrences of NATO centrifuges. The accurate measurements of these quantities is essential to the success of windtunnel tests supporting engine-airframe aerodynamic integration studies. Ist is concluded that the measurement og gaseous mass flows with +0.1% respectively. For thrust measurements, these values must typically be doubled. AGARD Advisory Report.
